Teknofest is World's biggest aviation and technology festival which takes place in İstanbul every September. It has many special events like World Drone Cup, Hack İstanbul and Take Off
As HisarCS, in 2019 we participated in Hack İstanbul Capture The Flag Competition, Fighter UAV Competition, Artificial Intelligence Competition and Istanbul 1453. Our team worked hard over the course of the summer and produced great results. It was an incredible learning experience for every team mate, we can't wait to compete in 2020!

In this contest, our members tried to find the hidden flags in a series of worldwide live cryptography and cyber security competitions. We competed with 3 separate teams and managed to pass the preselection round.
In these competitions, our members attemted to build autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles in two categories: Fixed and Rotating wing. We used Jetson Nano, Zed Camera, Pixhawk, 18650 li-ion battery power system and Radiolink AT9 radio system in both categories. In the Fixed Wing category we additionally used 2 t-motor at-2814 with 11"5 propellers, 4 hitec hs-55 servos and a X-UAV Clouds body. For the Rotating Wing category we additionally used 6 t-motor mn4006 motors with 14" propellers and a Tarot 680 pro body. We used Ros for proggraming. We passed the Critic and Pre Design Reports however unfortunately we couldn't pass the Flight Proof Video and we were 14th among 502 teams.
The goal of this competition was performing an object detection on videos that have been recorded with a UAV.n this contest it was our second year and we were the 38th team in 339 teams.
In this contest, our members attempted to build an amphibic and autonomous ship to enact the conquest of İstanbul which happened in 1453. It was our second year in this contest and we were amongst the 30 finalists. We used Jetson Nano, Intel RealSense D430 3D Camera, Pixracer, 2 turbo fan motors, 1 break motor, 2 robotic arms and 1 choo choo mechanism.(the last two designed by Can Aydın) We used Ros for programming.
